New Product Introduction (NPI) Planner at 1X , you’ll lead supply readiness for our advanced bipedal humanoid robots, managing materials across motors, printed circuit boards (PCBs), structural assemblies, and final test components. You’ll be at the center of scaling production from prototype to global deployment, ensuring seamless material availability and supply chain resilience. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) to ensure supply readiness Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into actionable material plans across raw, Work in Progress (WIP), and finished goods Monitor inventory health, highlight risks early, and balance safety stock to prevent shortages or excess Support NPI readiness by developing material plans, creating preliminary Bills of Material (BOMs), and leading clear-to-build reviews Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to align demand, supply, and inventory goals Lead planning input for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and provide reporting on inventory, spend, and availability Drive continuous improvements in ERP / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data accuracy, change management, and reporting tools What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau) preferred Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative, metrics-driven mindset 1X is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
