Prologis Real Estate & Customer Experience Manager (Property Manager) – Dallas A day in the life As a Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager (Property Manager), you would be part of a Customer Experience Team (CET) that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in our Dallas Market. Our customer base is diverse and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include: Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance. Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions. Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs. Own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. Use technical tools to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills. Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure safe and well-maintained properties. Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio. Building blocks for success Required: 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred. A valid driver’s license is required with the ability to travel to multiple properties. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service. Able to adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies. Preferred: Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills preferred. The hiring salary range is $89,000 - $111,000. Salary and the whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
