Our US Government customer is currently seeking a skilled and qualified Installation Desktop Technician to join our team of diverse professionals. The candidate will support the US Government program, aligning technologies with organizational goals, and utilizing current technologies effectively. This role demands strong analytical skills and technical expertise to support business objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide high-level customer service and effective communication Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software, including data migration Offer technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and system hardware and software Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve issues Contribute to policies and procedures related to hardware, software, and customer support Support Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, and Android platforms Assist with Microsoft core applications and operating systems Respond to calls and work orders regarding desktop/laptop issues Deliver and return IT equipment as needed Provide help-desk support for local and remote users Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies Participate in special projects as required Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma with 5 years of experience U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance At least 5 years supporting IT operations with Windows 10 and Active Directory Experience in MAC/PC hybrid environments, including mobile devices Minimum 1-year experience with JAMF and SCCM/PXE Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments Extensive equipment support experience Knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and SOPs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Attention to detail, team-oriented, and good communication skills Preferred Certifications

MCSA, MCP, and ACSP Additional Provisions

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Pass clearance processes including drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks U.S. Citizenship required; residence in the U.S. for the past 5 years Limited travel outside the U.S. in the past 5 years, military service excluded
