Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an IT Supply Chain Analyst to bridge IT solutions and business operations. The role focuses on managing manufacturing and purchasing processes using Oracle EBS and supporting digital transformation initiatives in Chaska, Minnesota. Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Purchasing modules, integrating non‑Oracle solutions to enhance global business processes. Define requirements, design solutions, coordinate testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and manage IT projects independently. Provide front‑line end‑user support for Oracle processes, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor/training team members. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS applications. Functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules (Inventory, OM, Purchasing). Experience generating SQL scripts and troubleshooting Oracle EBS backend tables. Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL Server, OBI, etc.). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement (Six Sigma, etc.). Preference for experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules and digital transformation solutions supporting Industry 4.0 and Supply Chain 4.0. Benefits
