The Regulatory Analyst is responsible for performing core regulatory compliance services for the E&S Compliance Team. Reporting to the Manager, the analyst will: Manage appointments and licensing processes, including new licenses and renewals. Handle consumer complaints, including processing and follow-up. Process legal mail and answer regulatory calls as needed. Communicate with regulators and support data calls. Assist with economic sanctions and OFAC alerts. Support Medicare compliance efforts. Attend industry webinars and training. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and under time constraints. High school diploma or GED required; insurance designations or college coursework preferred. 1-3 years insurance-related experience; legal or compliance experience preferred. Additional Details
