QuinStreet’s B2B Technology vertical (QuinStreet Enterprise) is hiring a seasoned sales professional to continue our growth within the Greater New York area.The Sr. Manager, Client Strategy & Development will be responsible for selling into new and existing advertising agencies as well as direct clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase sales profits and exceed sales quotas by sourcing, soliciting, and opening new accounts; as well as servicing current accounts
Understand your customers marketing and advertising needs
Identify and close new business opportunities
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Plan, monitor, and adjust activities to ensure success
Effectively and professionally represent QuinStreet and its products
Utilize a consultative sales approach, which requires significant time and effort to educate prospects about QuinStreet’s value proposition
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in business related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales (performance based online media, advertising, etc.) preferred
Strong phone sales, prospecting, and closing skills
Consultative sales experience
Knowledge of online media business models, and common user experiences a strong plus
Must have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed
Strong focus on generating results
Confident, energetic, and professional
Strategic thinker
Experience with the internet, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook, and Salesforce.com
Must have a “Hunter” mentality
