ENTRUST Solutions Group . ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Utilities Project Coordinator to work closely with electric distribution system design projects. This role is a full-time in-office position rotating between Alamosa and Pueblo, CO, working with a client utility provider in Colorado. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience, collaborate with industry experts, and grow within a company that prioritizes professional development. What You’ll Do
Maintain a holistic view of work to identify and resolve capacity issues in the most efficient, cost-effective, safe manner. Plan multi-week region/function/area-wide work schedules based on work demands, priorities, resource availability, permitting requirements, customer expectations, and guidelines. Manage personnel, equipment, and material resources over a multi-week timeframe and ensure availability of work assignments to crews across the region; reallocate resources as needed. Optimize resource selection to minimize costs, maximize schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, safety and compliance. Analyze scheduling and work performance to forecast resource utilization for upcoming periods and identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate monthly regional/area metric review meetings to evaluate performance. Communicate effectively with local supervisors and build partnerships with stakeholder groups to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Candidate Qualities
Resilient and self-motivated, continually building on successes and learning new skills. Detail- and quality-oriented, with ability to read and interpret technical documentation including blueprints and construction specs. Collaborative with strong customer service orientation and teamwork. High level of communication and professionalism as the face of ENTRUST with clients and stakeholders. Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent experience 3–5+ years of experience in construction, utilities, design, maintenance, or operations Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel) and ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field Utility scheduling/planning experience Experience with SAP Notable Information
