Manage communications and calendaring for executives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones Serve as a strategic partner to executives, acting as a liaison with company leaders, customers, and partners Plan and coordinate internal and external events and meetings Relieve executives of administrative burdens, such as managing expense reports and tracking deadlines Organize complex travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring a smooth experience for leadership What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in G Suite: Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs, Zoom, and Microsoft Office applications Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to manage highly sensitive or confidential situations with integrity and professionalism Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
