An industry-leading global market infrastructure provider is looking for a
Product Sales Specialist
to support its Data & Analytics division. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on OTC rates and capital markets data, working closely with sales, product, and commercial teams.
About the Role As a Product Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted partner throughout the sales cycle—identifying opportunities, supporting pre‑sales conversations, and enabling post‑sale adoption. You’ll translate complex OTC data capabilities into commercial value for clients and equip internal sales teams with the tools and insights they need to win business.
You’ll collaborate across New Business Sales, Account Management, Product, Sales Ops, and Enablement to shape go‑to‑market strategy and support revenue growth.
Advise Sales and Account Management teams in pre‑sales meetings and client engagements
Translate complex OTC rates data and analytics into tailored client solutions
Build and deliver sales collateral, training sessions, and enablement materials
Support go‑to‑market initiatives for data and cloud‑based analytics offerings
Act as subject matter expert across buy‑side, sell‑side, and major data vendors
Feed market insights and client needs into product development teams
Engage with quantitative users and understand real‑world modelling use cases
Represent the business at industry events, forums, and partner meetings
Provide insight into regulatory, pricing, valuation, and risk‑related client needs
What You’ll Bring (Essential)
Strong background in financial services—broking, trading, product, sales engineering, or similar
Deep understanding of
OTC derivatives
and capital markets data workflows
Knowledge of rates data products and their use across client institutions
Experience supporting or selling OTC data solutions, e.g. Pricing solutions such as
BVAL (Bloomberg Valuation), BGN (Bloomberg Generic Price), BVOL (Bloomberg Volatility)
Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders in fast‑paced environments
Commercial mindset with experience driving or enabling revenue growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, autonomous, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Ability to turn complex technical content into clear commercial messaging
Experience interpreting data trends to drive client outcomes
Front‑office, product specialist or pre‑sales experience
Exposure to cloud analytics or data‑as‑a‑service models
Understanding of financial regulation (MiFID II, Basel, EMIR, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with quantitative teams and interpret modelling concepts
Experience with APIs, FIX, SFTP, REST, or data delivery platforms
Familiarity with external data vendors and integration use cases
Experience supporting product launches or go‑to‑market strategies
