Overview
Our client company is a rapidly-growing global manufacturer of high-quality food ingredients. They have facilities across the globe and are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead one of their facilities in the greater Atlanta area. This person will manage all facets of the operation, ensuring that high standards are maintained in safety, maintenance, sanitation and others. Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day plant operations at the Atlanta-area facility, ensuring safety, quality, and production performance. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production plans and quality standards. Oversee maintenance, sanitation, and facility reliability to maximize uptime. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, QA) to optimize processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Qualifications
Experience in plant management, engineering, manufacturing, or related roles within chemicals/food ingredients sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing. BS/BA in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred. Compensation
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000
