Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr MHW Search has exclusively partnered with a Real Estate Investment firm in Dallas. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a day‑to‑day renovation and property improvement projects across our retail and mixed‑use portfolio. This role is hands‑on and operational, with a focus on ensuring projects such as signage upgrades, cosmetic upgrades, and landscaping upgrades are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Manage renovation and improvement projects including signage upgrades, cosmetic upgrades, and landscaping upgrades. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers; obtain bids, negotiate pricing, and ensure high‑quality work. Oversee permits and municipal approvals for renovations and code compliance. Conduct regular site walks/inspections to monitor progress, track punch lists, and resolve issues on the spot. Manage project budgets and timelines; provide weekly progress updates to leadership. Support capital expenditure (CapEx) projects by assisting with scheduling, vendor coordination, and reporting. Oversee implementation of internal team‑wide integration of HubSpot (workflow operating software). Identify opportunities to improve internal company quality and services and implement new systems or technology tools to enhance team efficiency, communication, and data management. Order, track and manage third‑party reports including surveys, inspections, zoning reports, environmental assessments, and other required due diligence items. Track warranties, maintenance schedules, and service contracts related to project work. Identify, pursue, and secure municipal incentive funding opportunities. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management. 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. Solid experience with vendor/contractor management. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software (e.g., HubSpot or similar) a plus. Seniority level
