About the Role

We are seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our Public Sector team and lead the adoption and strategic implementation of Salesforce solutions for mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Aerospace & Allied Nations. The Deployment Strategist serves as the primary front-facing contact for our national security programs, focusing on solutioning, strategic oversight, and executive relationship management. You will work with mission owners to define and steer Salesforce strategy and roadmap, bridging strategic needs with capabilities across AI, enterprise systems, analytics, and logistics. You will facilitate workshops (e.g., agent design and jobs-to-be-done) to craft innovative solutions and address organizational readiness for AI adoption. Mission Impact Strategic Solutioning & Design Leadership: Lead analysis and strategic design of Salesforce solutions for DoD, IC, and allied customers, leveraging Data Cloud, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Synthesize complex challenges into clear solution architectures and deployment plans, focusing on business impact. Deployment Ownership & Program Management: Provide oversight for successful deployments, integrate with customer infrastructure, monitor progress, and guide optimization for reliability, scalability, and security, including governance of agent behavior guardrails. Executive Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary front-facing contact for deployments, building trust with government personnel and stakeholders, presenting value-driven proposals. Improve Efficiency, Mission-Readiness, and Trust: Help government teams deploy technology delivering faster response times and improved logistics and asset management. Facilitation & Workshop Leadership: Design and lead workshops to define optimal AI solutions and drive cross-team alignment. Trusted Technical & Strategic Partner: Engage with client teams in classified and unclassified environments to address challenges and goals, providing expert guidance. Conversation Design & User Experience: Apply conversation design to guide intuitive AI experiences. Organizational Readiness & Change Management: Assess readiness for AI adoption and guide process transformations to maximize benefits. Product Evolution & Strategic Feedback: Feed customer observations back to product/engineering for future enhancements. AI Strategy & Responsible AI: Lead AI strategy with governance, bias testing, risk mitigation, and guardrails for safe AI usage. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategic solutioning and oversight of cloud-based deployments, with a track record of leading enterprise projects. Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Experience leading AI/LLM deployments and end-to-end engagement management. Strong ability to solve open-ended problems in ambiguous environments with a curious, analytical mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-things-done attitude and focus on fast delivery and measurable impact. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives. Proven experience managing executive customer relationships in a strategic advisory or consulting role. AI consulting experience in conversation design, responsible AI practices, and prompt engineering. Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites. Must be a U.S. citizen living on U.S. soil with ability to meet screening standards. Eligible for a US Security Clearance. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD, IC, or Federal Civilian agencies. Background in defense/aerospace or military/logistics experience. Familiarity with IL5/IL6/CNSS #1253 or deployment to classified environments. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform. Experience developing conversational AI solutions in regulated environments. Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist). Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
