Overview
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Manager - Tech Consulting - Location Open Location: multiple locations (various U.S. cities). EY seeks a Manager in Solution Architecture within Consulting - Tech Consulting - FinTech - EPM. This role involves guiding complex business problems to innovative technical solutions and shaping EPM-related strategies and implementations for clients. Responsibilities
Manage client engagement teams, work with diverse clients to deliver professional services, and support business development on strategic/global priority accounts. Oversee the delivery of technology solutions, ensure quality and risk management, and drive continuous process improvement with innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems, establish procedures for the work area, and exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria. Skills And Attributes For Success
Foster client relationships, consistently deliver quality services, and manage work products within time and budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes. Manage client expectations for service delivery and stay current with business and industry trends. Lead diverse teams, provide on-the-job coaching, and mentor junior consultants. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities and long-term client networks. Assist in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions; include analysis of applications and cloud/architecture considerations, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, and complex problem-solving. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; willingness to travel to meet client needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year). Typically 4–6+ years of relevant experience in complex consultative services, especially in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream, Tagetik). Strong understanding of EPM concepts and ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions; strong analytical and communication skills. Experience across relevant backgrounds (e.g., FP&A, EPM administration, long-range planning, implementation consulting). Willingness to travel. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
