Serve as procurement lead for critical CDMO and CRO relationships, partner with Technical Development and Supply Chain to monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive accountability. Establish supplier KPIs and conduct business reviews with strategic vendors. Support risk‑mitigation strategies, including dual sourcing, inventory planning, and contract protections. Manage, mentor, and develop procurement staff, fostering a high‑performance and collaborative culture. Partner with Finance on budget planning, accruals, and forecasting to lengthen Editas' cash runway.
