Travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as part of a team that leads software installations and ensures the success of newcomers to the Epic community. Lead software installation projects for healthcare organizations and coordinate end-user training to ensure successful go-live with Epic software. Present to hospital leadership and provide ongoing project support throughout implementation and go-live. Travel as needed to client sites (approximately 25-60% of working days), with typical trips lasting 2-4 days. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive project success and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major). A history of academic and professional success. Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical trips of 2-4 days. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed). COVID-19 vaccination. Employment details
