Responsibilities

You’ll be expected to follow directions, handle stress, multitask, stay organized, and be friendly and motivated to succeed. Your responsibilities include: Building Relationships:
Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and foster customer loyalty. Managing Your Service Route:
Oversee daily operations of your Universal Service Route with strong time management. Tasks include: Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function. Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs. Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines. Safety First:
Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle, to protect yourself and the people you serve.

Qualifications
What you need: High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required! Must be 18 years of age Valid driver’s license required Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
