Senior Customer Service Representative at Capital Bank, N.A. Location: Washington, DC branch on W Street. Must have the flexibility to work at other branch locations on occasion if staffing levels deem it necessary. Capital Bank is the fifth largest bank headquartered in Maryland, serving our communities since 1999. We offer commercial and consumer banking services to clients in the DC metro area, alongside two nation-wide lending brands; Capital Bank Home Loans (CBHL) and OpenSky, a credit card division that offers and services credit cards across all states. This role supports the bank’s deposit growth goals by working with Business Bankers, Commercial Lenders and Treasury Management Specialists to assist customers with establishing new deposit accounts and ancillary deposit services. The Senior CSR actively supports all marketing campaigns and achieves individual deposit growth goals. Position Responsibilities

Perform tasks directly related to servicing deposit accounts, including processing financial transactions, opening new accounts, processing changes to existing accounts, and researching to resolve problems. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of superior service. Follow established bank policies and procedures in all tasks. Assist the Branch Manager with operational duties for running a branch, including monthly audits, record retention of bank documents, and training new staff members. Competently take charge of the branch when the Manager is absent. Minimum Education And Experience

Associates Degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of two years in the role of a Senior Sales and Service Associate or Head Teller. Technical Knowledge And Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations. Commitment to delivering superior customer service. Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in a team environment. Detail oriented; ability to solve problems and use sound judgment. Compensation

Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually. Final determination based on experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. Additional Compensation: Yearly target bonus based on individual and company performance. Additional Details
