Sr Associate - Cobrand Analytics role at JPMorganChase. This position is in the Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics organization and supports advanced analytics projects across various functions, channels, and products. The role aims to generate actionable insights to drive portfolio growth, inform product design and marketing tactics, and enhance the customer experience. You will consult with internal business partners, develop valuable business analyses, and promote strategic insights throughout the organization. Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of analysts responsible for analyzing, measuring, and optimizing existing customer marketing investments and tactics across multiple channels Leverage data to scale the ability to optimize the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on spend engagement, deepening, and retention for co-brand partners Master a broad range of analytics capabilities (test design, modeling, NLP analysis, etc.) and apply them to business problems Drive excellent practices and technical standards to support the development of KPIs and goals for the card business, creating information suites (dashboards, reports, visualizations) fit for C-level consumption Present findings and recommendations for action to senior leaders, and support team members in presenting their work Partner closely with co-brand internal/external teams to drive understanding of the data and its use in their business area and across lines of business Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelors in Science in a quantitative discipline - Statistics, Math, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, etc. 3+ years of analytical and industry experience in credit card, T&E retail, direct marketing, financial or other consumer-oriented businesses with a large transactional database 3+ years knowledge of SQL and SAS Exceptional analytical, technical, and statistical skills; ability to synthesize and analyze diverse information, develop and recommend strategies, and make decisions Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders Strong financial and reporting acumen with specific understanding of key drivers of credit card profit and loss Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work across a multi-disciplinary team Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Masters in Science in a quantitative discipline or MBA Experience in consumer segmentation, customer profiling, and data mining relocation assistance is not available for this role About Us
