The Operations Specialist I supports the onboarding and implementation of Treasury Management and Fintech services by executing tasks with attention to detail, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration. This role works closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth delivery of digital banking and treasury solutions, contributing to a positive customer experience. The specialist is also responsible for daily file processing related to the bank's money movement needs, primarily for ACH originators, ensuring accurate and timely execution of files and transactions with the ACH operator. Essential Functions
Responsible for completing onboarding and service change requests related to digital banking, treasury management services, and fintech operations. Collaborate with sales, traction, and project management teams to uphold service standards during onboarding and change processes. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs and assist in matching them with appropriate products or services. Provide support within the business line during product and platform upgrades and process changes. Apply working knowledge of ACH origination, wire transfer, positive pay, remote deposit capture, mobile deposit, and bill pay services. Assist in resolving operational issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Respond to customer inquiries regarding digital and treasury services, including support for product use or testing. Satisfy requirements for file and transaction processing, while adhering to policy and industry standards. Contribute to report preparation and analysis as needed. Competencies

High school degree or GED required. College degree in business related field beneficial. AAP Certification beneficial. Three (3) years’ related experience required.
