is seeking an experienced

Civil Project Manager

to oversee a diverse portfolio of development projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead project delivery efforts while mentoring junior staff and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and reviewing agencies. The ideal candidate will hold a

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

and have hands-on experience managing commercial, residential, and mixed-use site development projects. Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from initial design concepts to permitting and construction coordination. This includes leading technical design efforts, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring all deliverables meet client and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, project scopes, and budgets for new and ongoing work. Oversee design and production of civil construction plans using

AutoCAD Civil 3D . Direct and coordinate internal design teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Design grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems in compliance with local standards. Collaborate with municipalities, contractors, and consultants throughout the project process. Mentor and train team members, assigning and reviewing tasks via project management tools. Maintain and expand client relationships through clear communication and reliable service. Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance before submission to agencies. Manage multiple active projects totaling approximately

$750K–$1M

in invoiced work annually. Track progress, budgets, and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

preferred (or ability to obtain in Texas). 5+ years of experience in

land development design . Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects or teams. Proficiency in

Civil 3D

and familiarity with relevant design and project management software. Deep understanding of site development design including utilities, paving, grading, and drainage. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
