This range is provided by Ourisman Automotive Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Benefits

Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Requirements
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a plus Excellent communication skills Positive personality Above average energy level Personal and professional integrity Previous Chrysler experience preferred but not required Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday 7:00am to 5:00pm About the Dealership
