Drive client relationship management and proactive business development. Place consultants effectively to maintain quality fill ratios and support consultant growth. Maintain high sales activity and outreach to open and nurture new accounts. Leverage data to provide strategic insights and foster team development. Collaborate across teams with strong communication, resilience, and accountability. Apply optional skills such as CRM proficiency, compliance knowledge, and advanced analytics to enhance workflows. Qualifications & Skills

Several years of experience in client-facing, sales, and recruiting roles. Ability to leverage data, provide strategic insights, and foster team development. Strong communication, resilience, collaboration, and accountability. Optional skills: CRM system proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn), compliance knowledge, advanced Excel/data visualization; project management experience is a plus. Education: bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field (required or preferred depending on role). Certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter) or project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) valued but not mandatory; 1–3 years of related experience for optional skills. Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, EEO) Data-driven decision-making Experience supporting process automation or system upgrades Multilingual communication skills Job Details
