Overview

The Ring Senior World Wide Supply Planner is responsible for all internal and external activities related to supply planning, from production forecasts to finished goods delivery. To succeed in this role, one needs to be data driven, AI versed, business oriented, cost conscious, and customer obsessed. Responsibilities

Create production strategies for new product introductions through end-of-life cycles. Be the document writer for all programs assigned to the planner. Own world-wide supply at the sales channel level. Responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as weeks of cover, in-stock availability, transportation mix, and excess inventory. Develop and maintain production schedules using capacity plans, material constraints, and demand forecasts. Monitor and analyze demand changes to align supply with requirements. Lead cross-functional solutions to eliminate supply gaps. Manage inbound supply and execute the placement of weekly purchase orders to meet global allocation requirements. Generate and distribute supply planning reports to leadership. Monitor and reduce supply chain costs and implement optimization initiatives. Analyze weekly demand fluctuations and assess supply impact; monitor planned vs. actual production metrics. Communicate supply constraints to stakeholders and work with cross-functional partners to improve collaborative mechanisms. Leverage AI to improve strategic ways of working, drive speed and efficiency, and implement data-driven recommendations for inventory and production optimization. Own global purchase order placement and allocation. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Excel Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience Experience working with complex data sets Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques Experience with SQL About Ring

The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
