We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can guide residential remodeling projects from start to finish, stay close to the work, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships while still rolling up their sleeves when needed. Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager who can guide residential remodeling projects from start to finish and collaborate with the owner, crews, and clients to keep projects on track, on budget, and built to the highest standard. This is ideal for a skilled carpenter or site leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while contributing hands-on support when required. What You’ll Do
Plan and manage multiple remodeling projects from kickoff to completion Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules Track budgets, change orders, and project timelines Maintain quality control and enforce safety practices Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work Communicate clearly with homeowners, suppliers, and team members Step in with hands-on support when the job requires it What You Bring
Strong residential remodeling experience (carpentry skills a plus) 5+ years in construction project management or site supervision Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations Reliable vehicle and basic tool set Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work across sites within 45-50 minutes of Lake Zurich, IL Compensation & Benefits
