Space and Intelligence Division
provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. Intelligence Programs Group (IPG)
is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission‑proven, data‑driven advisory tools and capabilities. Our portfolio includes NGA, NRO, and NASA. Join us and be part of a high‑caliber team.
Senior Information Knowledge Manager
– Near‑term need to support the Caledonia effort for a local Intelligence Community customer. The role supports Systems Engineering and IT Service Strategy, Enterprise Planning and Management, and Enterprise Acquisition and Contract Management functions.
Responsibilities
Assist in architecting, designing, and developing a large, customer‑facing, service‑oriented SharePoint environment.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design sessions, and solution discussions.
Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies that align with business objectives and goals.
Document clear communication plans and provide concise write‑ups to customers and team members.
Manage web environment design, deployment, and maintenance activities.
Create communication plans addressing both short‑ and long‑term organizational needs.
Perform testing and quality assurance of websites and web applications.
Manage structure and content to include graphics for collaboration artifacts and data repositories based on SharePoint and other web/collaboration technologies.
Facilitate communication between the organization to promote alignment and collaboration.
Provide support to customer content managers to accomplish complex tasks.
Create, design, and customize unique sites, graphics/designs, libraries, and communications aligned to the mission, goals, and strategic objectives for the organization.
Qualifications Required Skills
Active TS/SCI with an in‑scope Polygraph (within the last 10 years) at time of application.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years of demonstrated performance with web development.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in strategic communications or corporate communications.
Strong proficiency with SharePoint and other web/collaboration technologies.
Maintain documentation related to web‑based solutions, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Experience configuring SharePoint for document management, records management, and collaboration.
Ability to integrate other programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance web design and business processes.
Ability to design and execute communication plans.
Exceptional writing and editing skills to provide clear messaging.
Creative in design work on websites using graphics for organizational branding.
Experience working in, collaborating with, and facilitating large and small groups, including presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with Visual Studio Code or other web development software.
Corporate writing skills and publication experience.
Graphic designing and production with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Content management and organization of documentation.
Strong understanding of SharePoint best practices.
