Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation.
Liaise with referring providers to obtain required documentation and communicate the status of their patients.
Communicate referral status to patients in a customer‑centric way.
Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies.
Participate in a dedicated 6‑week training plan to succeed in your role.
Qualifications
Prior experience in infusion (preferred).
Insurance pre‑authorization experience.
Strong familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Ability to quickly grasp new applications.
Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional experiences.
Health care experience required.
Medical terminology and insurance experience.
