Hoag Health System Overview Timekeeper Specialist I is responsible for timekeeping functions for an assigned group of employees through proficient use of Workforce Timekeeper and Workforce Scheduler applications. Responsibilities
Time records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Support management with daily audits and edits of the Time and Attendance application and attendance module. Handle special projects as assigned, successfully meeting all required deadlines. Weekend work days required on a rotational basis. Qualifications
Education and Experience
Working experience with day-to-day timekeeping and scheduling operations Kronos application experience. Hospital experience with time and attendance systems preferred Demonstrates willingness to learn about California wage and hour laws, learn new procedures, readily accepts new responsibilities, participates as a team player and contributes to the success of the department About Us
