As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, including all phases of design, construction, and post-construction, and ensuring mobilization, construction, and closeout align with project objectives regarding time, budget, and quality. Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, provide updates, address concerns, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals. Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors. Contractor Relations: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors for orders and deliveries. Owner/Architect/Construction Management Agent (OAC) coordination, scheduling, and meeting participation as required. Develop comprehensive project plans through construction and post-construction, including schedules and budgets aligned with project goals. Site Management: Oversee site logistics, layout, access, and coordination of contractors and suppliers. Progress Tracking: Monitor milestones and deliverables, address deviations, and maintain project timelines. Resource Allocation: Manage labor, equipment, and materials to meet objectives. Issue Resolution: Address project-related issues promptly and keep Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Construction informed. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project progress. Adaptability: Adjust project plans in response to changing needs and challenges. Quality Control: Ensure project quality meets industry standards and stakeholder specifications. Environmental Considerations: Be aware of environmental regulations and sustainable practices. Budget Oversight: Monitor costs, change orders, and allowances within approved budgets. Documentation: Manage project documents including reports, schedules, invoices, ASIs, RFIs, submittals, minutes, change orders, punch lists, inspections, and closeout records. Reporting: Produce project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned across projects. Other duties as assigned and attendance during normal business hours. Knowledge

Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction methodologies across various project types (residential, commercial, industrial). Project Management: Scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation principles. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Building Codes and Regulations: Knowledge of local, state, and national codes, permits, and regulations. Safety Procedures: Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, contracts, drawings, schedules, and change orders. Project Management Software: Proficiency with scheduling, task management, and communication tools. Skills

Problem Solving: Ability to address issues and keep projects on track. Organizational Skills: Manage documentation, deadlines, tasks, and priorities. Decision Making: Make informed decisions considering goals, budget, and timeline. Time Management: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and monitor progress. Analytical Skills: Analyze data to inform decisions. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders, teams, and contractors. Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality. Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in construction or related fields with knowledge of project management principles. Equal Employment Opportunity
