Responsibilities

Lead or support implementation of electrical components or electronic systems on Rehlko generator platforms, including validation, testing, and post‑production support.

Develop and execute test specifications and test procedures to validate or verify component or system function.

Work with cross‑functional teams to implement electrical and controls systems.

Troubleshoot failures and work with suppliers to resolve issues.

Make recommendations for product improvements.

Independently develop professional, manufacturable, and cost‑effective wire harness designs.

Develop wire harness routing using SEE Electrical, ensuring all harnesses are routed safely and securely mounted.

Develop clear, readable wire harness drawings in SEE Electrical, conforming to customer and industry drafting standards.

Interface with wire harness suppliers to address Design for Manufacturability issues.

Design brackets and other mounting fixtures to secure wire harnesses and related electromechanical devices in a generator.

Drive continuous improvement with updates to the generator set sizing program, standardization of technical publications, and captive toolset improvements.

Proficiency with Windchill, SAP, AutoCAD, SEE Electrical, and/or Creo will be critical to long‑term success.

Support the education of internal and external stakeholders, especially new associates with limited power experience.

Participate in design reviews and design FMEAs.

Provide technical guidance and design direction to CAD Analysts.

Demonstrate teamwork and communicate effectively.
