Role location and preferred working hours align with the Enterprise Sales team; this role reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales Engineering. What you’ll do
Own product demonstrations and deliver high-touch proof of concepts. Gather success criteria, configure systems, provide admin and user training, and troubleshoot during demos. Work closely with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions that meet those requirements. Possess in-depth knowledge of Dialpad’s products and services and communicate them clearly to non-technical customers. Build technical relationships with prospects as part of the Enterprise Sales team and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Help businesses solve complex communications problems through pre-sales technical support across all Dialpad products and services. Responsibilities
Own product demonstrations and proofs of concept with customers. Test network environments using the technical tools used by the Sales Engineering team. Partner with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the sales process. Provide technical closure in sales opportunities. Qualifications / Skills
Technical curiosity and enthusiasm for delivering technology that delights customers and solves real business problems. Experience and expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI technologies (5-8 years preferred). Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS, or CCaaS company. In-person demo experience and comfort with public speaking. Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects and customers.
