Utility Engineer . The Utility Engineer provides assistance with various maintenance projects, including operating, maintaining, and inspecting facility equipment in accordance with written, posted, and industry standards. Performs regular inspections and reports findings with recommendations to management. Pay Range:

$45.00/hr The listed pay is a salary range. Offers will vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data alignment. Tuesday through Saturday - Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am to 5:30pm - Thursday: 12pm to 9pm - Friday: 9am to 5:30pm - Saturday: 9:30am to 6pm Basic Qualifications: 1-3+ years of engineering experience Engineering skills applicable to various systems, maintenance programs, and engines Technical skills applied towards operational issues in service engineering roles Ability to analyze complex technical issues and manage projects for regulatory compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Responsibilities: Repair and maintain restroom and breakroom plumbing fixtures Clear drains using plungers and hand-held augers Perform general labor such as carrying and organizing materials Repair and clean HVAC registers, radiators, and return grills Perform minor furniture repairs Maintain and replace door hardware Repair or replace Herculite doors and hardware via qualified vendors Replace venetian blinds Perform maintenance painting in mechanical, electrical, and common areas Clean mechanical spaces and exterior entry areas Clean and paint non-operating mechanical equipment following Lockout/Tagout procedures Perform miscellaneous handyman tasks with hand tools Clean roof drains, air vents, and radiators Replace lamps and clean light fixtures Replace ceiling tiles and floor tiles Replace air filters following safety protocols Clean engineering shop areas Replace fire extinguishers Hang framed objects not requiring power tools Note: Maintenance staff must be trained and listed as Authorized Employees per ABM’s electrical safety program, with annual audits.
