Industrial Engineer
to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. We are interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States; however, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day production issues and participate in continuous improvement projects related to the production of engineered to order (ETO) products. Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document current production processes and implement safety, ergonomic, and efficiency improvements. Develop, audit, and improve departmental quality and production goals, serving as a technical contact for supervisors and operators. Engage in fixture design, capital equipment assessment, project scoping, and team leadership. Requirements: Ability to understand manufacturing processes deeply and desire to become a subject matter expert. Preference for candidates who enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment and can manage multiple projects with changing priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Safety, Quality Control, and Purchasing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
