We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, starting Nov 26, 2025, for a 2-week contract. This opportunity features varied daytime shifts, including Wednesday 9am-3pm and Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, in an outpatient primary care and urgent care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients in an outpatient setting

Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed

Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA regulations

Document patient encounters using eClinicalWorks EMR

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in primary care or urgent care outpatient settings required

Must hold active Minnesota NP license and DEA registration

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required

Board certification in Family Medicine required

Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
