We are excited to be working with a well-established, 11-doctor hospital in Martinsburg, WV, that is looking for a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. With roots in the community dating back nearly 50 years, the hospital has built an exceptional reputation for high-quality, compassionate care across general practice, surgery, and dentistry. The facility is modern and well-equipped, offering preventative care, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgeries, dentistry, laser therapy, and an in-house pharmacy. You’ll be supported by seven registered veterinary technicians and experienced support staff. The environment is collaborative and supportive, with mentorship available for recent graduates and clinical autonomy for more experienced doctors. This is a full-service, community-focused practice where pets are treated as family, and doctors are encouraged to develop their own special interests while contributing to a culture of learning and respect. DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US Licensure in West Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure Committed to delivering excellent patient care and strong client communication Team-oriented, with an interest in contributing to a positive clinic culture Open to mentorship (if a newer graduate) or mentoring others (if more experienced) Competitive salary with Pro/Sal earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match CE allowance and professional dues covered Paid time off and flexible scheduling options Pay and Next Steps
