Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff Accountable for managing, overseeing and operating all aspects within the pharmacy Lead with patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service and personnel management Manage inventory, financial profitability and loss prevention; oversee workflow management Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff; balance assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance Implement solutions by guiding your team to achieve goals; adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting Collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes and foster a team culture of caring and energy Apply knowledge to differentiate CVS from competitors Additional functions and physical requirements are available on the full job description Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree Anticipated Weekly Hours

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $65.00 - $79.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
