Required: Current RN license in practice state, BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Organizational and time management skills, self-directed, good judgment. Interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Leadership skills. Job Duties
Utilize nursing process in patient care. Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies. Communicate, delegate, and manage team resources effectively. Use data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes. Enhance customer satisfaction and staff morale. Respect patient privacy and adapt communication to diverse populations.
