Summit Health is seeking Behavioral Health Therapists, interested in High Level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training, to join the New Jersey team. Responsibilities

We offer high level CBT training Weekly supervision with a senior certified CBT therapist Weekly case conferences Training to meet certification of the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Collaborative working relationship with referring physicians and specialists Hybrid in-person and virtual working environment Scheduling managed by administrative staff Opportunities to engage in dept and companywide projects Year-end bonus potential Advancement potential Qualifications

PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC (Must already be Licensed in the state of New Jersey) Master’s or Doctoral Degree New Jersey State Licensure in Social Work, Professional Counseling or Psychology required (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LCSW-R, LPC) 3-years experience working within an outpatient setting working with child/adolescents or adult 18yrs of age and older Familiarity working within a medical setting Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders; familiarity with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation); desire to become skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental health and physical health problems preferred Caseload experience: Pediatric Requirements

Status: Full Time - Benefit Eligible Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Onsite day: 12pm - 8pm (evening shift) Education

Master’s or Doctoral Degree New Jersey State Licensure in Social Work, Professional Counseling or Psychology required Compensation

Pay Range: $65,770.00 - $82,202.00 The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position. About Our Commitment
