Overview
Sutter Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sports Medicine Clinician to help expand our innovative sports medicine program. This is a unique opportunity to be part of Sutter Health’s flagship Orthopedics and Sports Medicine destination center, a 120,000-square-foot, four-story facility opening in the heart of Sacramento. The center will serve athletes across the spectrum — from youth and collegiate athletes to elite professionals and active adults — while delivering concierge-level care to the broader community. This role combines sports medicine practice, leadership in professional sports team coverage, academic involvement, research opportunities, and community engagement within a highly collaborative and collegial team environment. Qualifications
The applicant must have completed an ACGME-accredited sports medicine fellowship and passed subspecialty sports medicine certification. The applicant must also have five years of post-fellowship active clinical experience. Prior exposure to professional team coverage either in fellowship or in practice is required. Fellows or candidates from family medicine, internal medicine, or physical medicine and rehabilitation will be considered. We are unable to accommodate visa sponsorship at this time.
