Consistent, Predictable Scheduling Work-life balance is a priority. Your schedule is set 3 months in advance—no last-minute changes without your consent. Compensation & Benefits

Who We’re Looking For
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree Licensure (or ability to obtain) in the state of Maryland Strong communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality care A compassionate, client-focused approach
