Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job with Trinity Health in Grand Rapids, MI
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Caledonia, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Opportunity Details Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital Our Caledonia location offers primary care services with a team of Providers that specialize in Family Medicine working together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience Office also offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Advent Physical Therapy and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology Practice currently has a team of 4 Physicians 4 days/week schedule with extended hours and no weekends No call for APP Very close knit & collaborative office with a supportive environment Why Work with Us?
