JOB SUMMARY The Psychiatry Department seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Research to oversee protocols, ensure compliance with documentation, record retention, and reporting. Responsibilities include managing Clincard payments, expense reports, grant submissions, overseeing SOPs, staff scheduling, space management, lab resources, equipment, onboarding, and performance appraisals. JOB DUTIES Assist with daily research unit operations, including staffing, protocol management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Support study design, implementation, and administration, ensuring compliance with HRPP/IRB, federal/state regulations, and grant parameters. Monitor and oversee active clinical research protocols per policies and regulations. Coordinate data collection, ensure accuracy, and timely reporting. Manage scheduling and utilization of research facilities. Handle research billing activities and oversee financial aspects of protocols. Review records to monitor patient safety and ensure proper reporting. Perform other duties as assigned, including direct interactions with patients or research participants, and management of research records.
