Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist to join HCA Florida Ocala Hospital in Ocala, Florida. Responsibilities
– The intensivist provides 24/7 in-house coverage. Daytime coverage includes 2 MDs and 1 MD at night. Roles include serving as the ICC Primary attending in a 10-bed MICU and a 10-bed NeuroICU; cardiac and trauma coverage for CCU/TICU; and supporting clinical bedside teaching for GME programs and the Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship. Qualifications
Must be ABIM board certified/board eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care Florida license or ability to obtain 15 (12-hour) shifts per month, block scheduling Mix of Days and nights, 10 days, 5 nights ICC Primary attending in 10 bed MICU and 10 bed NeuroICU Cardiac and Trauma covering CCU/TICU 24/7 Intensivist in house coverage, 2 MDs during the day, 1 MD at night Support Clinical Bedside Teaching for GME program and Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship Incentive/Benefits Package

545-bed hospital across two campuses: the Ocala Campus (HCA Florida Ocala Hospital with 323 beds) and HCA Florida West Marion Hospital (a part of HCA Florida Ocala Hospital with 222 beds), alongside 5 freestanding EDs. Join an interdisciplinary team of neurologists, 4 neurosurgeons, 2 neurointerventionalists, 5 APPs and our ICC intensivist team that cover Ocala Regional Medical Center which is a high functioning Comprehensive Stroke and ASC recognized Level I Trauma Center and West Marion Community Hospital which is a Primary Stroke Center Recognized by Healthgrades: America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Orthopedic Surgery and Spine Surgery in 2024, among the top 250 hospitals nationwide, and ranked No. 1 in Florida for joint replacement, orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, vascular surgery, and surgical care. Recognized Level I Trauma Center and hold DNV certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
