Seeking a Neonatologist for a growing Level III NICU in Fredericksburg, VA! Call from home! $20,000 Start Date Bonus! Envision Physician Services is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Neonatologist for the Level III NICU at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC). The NICU has 8 beds, and the hospital’s strategic initiatives include increasing NICU volumes and acuity, promoting breastfeeding with outpatient lactation support, obtaining Baby Friendly status, and achieving zero percent mortality and CLABSI rates. Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 4.5 NNPs Coverage includes collaborative care of the newborn nursery and Level III NICU patients with NNP during the day, NNP in-house at night with Neo on call, attendance at deliveries, and education of RN/RTs as volume/acuity increases.
