Centria’s Licensed Clinical Psychologist should have a specialization in early identification, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders from birth through 21 years. The Licensed Psychologists will possess an advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MA or MS) in clinical psychology, school psychology, or a related field, will have passed the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and will possess a license to practice in their respective state. This role should have clinical training/background in early intervention programs and the administration of multiple standardized assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2). Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for individuals suspected of having ASD, including administering, scoring, interpreting assessment measures, and providing oral and written feedback of results. Utilize experience in administering autism-specific assessments such as the ADOS-2 and the Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised (ADI-R). Administer and interpret tools that assess: Developmental, intellectual, or cognitive functioning; and Adaptive functioning; and Social functioning; and Speech, language, and communicative functioning; and Medical and neurological functioning. Provide sensitive, thoughtful, and supportive feedback to parents and collaborate effectively with team members, parents, young children, and community colleagues. May be involved in consultation and program development with community providers, schools, and interdisciplinary clinical and research teams. Engage in continuing professional development to provide evidence-based and family-centered care and work with diverse cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds. Participate in team meetings and assist in managing office operations for efficiency; maintain knowledge of and compliance with state and payor-specific programs and certifications related to psychology practice and diagnostic procedures. Education Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited university, with a clinical, counseling, or school psychology specialty. Licenses/Certificates Fully licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Licensed Psychologist or per board provisions. Work Experience 2+ years of professional experience in examination, evaluation, and treatment of children and families (preferred). Experience administering and scoring commonly used standardized assessment tools (e.g., Vineland, WPPSI, WISC-V, EVT, PPVT, ADOS-2, ADI-R, PDDBI, PSI, SRS-2, CBCL). Equipment and Technology Basic computer skills; working knowledge of tablets/iPads, laptop, G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet). Other Competency Requirements Ability to follow written instructions; ability to use computers and software; ability to communicate expressively and receptively. Knowledge and Skills Experience in interviewing, psychological evaluations, and treatment planning; tracking clinical outcomes; preparing reports; strong verbal and written communication; collaborative work style; self-motivated to achieve business goals. Working Conditions

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Flexibility to coordinate a schedule with in-office presence 2–3 days per week. Based at Centria Tempe, AZ center. Available for special support and mentoring during and after regular hours as needed for urgent matters. Additional time or flex schedules may be required to meet company objectives. Physical Demands

May involve bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds; predominantly seated with occasional walking/standing; close visual work on computer screens and data analysis.
