Nursing - Pediatric Clinical Adjunct Faculty

South College Atlanta learning site located in Atlanta, GA, is conducting a search for the position of adjunct nursing faculty (instructor/assistant professor/associate professor; commensurate with experience) for the South College School of Nursing. The position will have clinical instruction responsibilities in the BSN and/or LPN program based on educational level.

Primary Responsibilities: Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings. Collaborate with course faculty and work closely with program and clinical coordinators. Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clinical agencies where indicated. Monitor student progress with evaluations and grades care plans as assigned. Provide positive and constructive feedback if needed. Maintain currency in education and nursing knowledge and application through continuing education activities.
