Right Start for Infant Mental Health This team serves families with children birth to five years and pregnant individuals, offering trauma-informed, culturally proficient, relationship-based interventions such as Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Circle of Security-Parenting, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Services are provided at the Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being, with some remote telehealth options based on clinical need. The role involves working with children experiencing trauma, abuse, neglect, or parental loss, focusing on parent-infant relationships. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy, caregiver support, case management, documentation, and team collaboration. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Pay Range & Benefits: Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level): $30.05/hr LCSW / LPC / LMFT: $33.44 - $33.94/hr Licensed Psychologist: $48.07/hr Benefits include fair salaries based on experience and licensure, comprehensive health plans, PTO, retirement matching, and additional perks like supervision support for licensure, team activities, and tuition reimbursement. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive a $2.50/hr differential. Essential Job Functions: Conduct mental health assessments for children under 5 and their families. Provide therapy services including Child Parent Psychotherapy, PCIT, Circle of Security, and TF-CBT. Support caregivers with developmental guidance and emotional support. Offer psycho-education and facilitate support groups. Coordinate with community partners and provide case management. Maintain accurate documentation and complete outcome assessments. Participate in team meetings and training. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; licensure preferred. Minimum three years of experience working with children under 5 and their caregivers in mental health. Skills: Knowledge of infant mental health, attachment theory, and early development. Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and with diverse populations. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Additional Details: No supervisory responsibilities. Physical demands include sitting, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
