AECOM is hiring a Structural Engineer to join their New York-based office. The Buildings + Places practice includes architecture, interiors, building engineering, workplace strategy, business transformation, asset advisory, economics and development planning, master planning, urban planning, and landscape architecture. Our teams have worked on signature projects such as the London 2012 Olympic Park and Legacy Framework, to the new plan for the LA2028 Olympics, to industrial facilities for GE and Rolls-Royce, to headquarters and workplaces for NASA, Unilever, Sony Music, DirecTV, Box, Inc., and many Fortune 500 companies. Job Description

Responsibilities: Perform structural design and analysis for various building types, including commercial, government, and transportation structures. Prepare and coordinate Revit BIM models, ensuring integration with other disciplines' 3D models. Provide technical guidance to graduate engineers and conduct quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings. Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews and prepare technical specifications. Manage project budgets and schedules with minimal supervision, proposing solutions to new challenges. Coordinate with in-house engineering disciplines and conduct peer reviews as needed. Sign off and approve own work, maintaining high standards of professional practice. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in Structural or Civil Engineering plus two (2) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Professional experience with either ETABS or SAP, RAM Structural, AutoCAD, and SAFE, TEDDS, SAP2000, MathCAD, Revit experience is required to qualify for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Structural Engineering. Additional Information

This position does not support relocation assistance. Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. About AECOM
