We seek a highly skilled
Project Leader (Architect)
to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design, a keen eye for detail, and experience leading complex architectural projects, particularly in faith-based, non-profit, or educational sectors. You will guide project direction, oversee delivery, and lead a team to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead architectural design from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulations. Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and clients for seamless project execution. Develop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Manage and mentor a team of architects and draftspersons, fostering innovation and excellence. Oversee preparation of architectural documents, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. At least 8 years of professional architecture experience, with demonstrated project leadership. Experience with commercial building types, especially faith-based, non-profit, or educational projects; familiarity with materials, systems, and technical detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance. Professional registration required. Additional Details
