Overview

The Electronics Assembler is responsible for building cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, kitting projects, and related electronic components from start to finish under minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise assembly instructions and documentation. Qualifications

Interpret and follow work orders, drawings, schematics, and written or verbal instructions to complete assigned assemblies. Perform a variety of assembly tasks including wire cutting, crimping, labeling, soldering, potting, heat shrink application, IDC and SCSI connector work, harness board setup, box builds, kitting, continuity testing, and pin extraction. PCB soldering. Assist with quality management system (QMS) initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Demonstrate full proficiency across all assembly processes to be considered for advancement to a Production Lead role! Working knowledge of

IPC-610/620

standards;

J-STD-001

certification preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination; ability to perform fine assembly work under magnification. Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Must be able to accurately identify color codes. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as pliers, cutters, and soldering equipment. Able to follow written and verbal instructions and perform accurate measurements. EEO Statement
