Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department.
Compensation Range: $90K – $125K+.
Sign on bonus: N/A.
Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 per year.
Requirements
Motivational professional with a minimum of 5 years of progressive automotive parts experience
Management and Marketing experience necessary to coordinate, promote and grow a large wholesale operation
Must have strong, successful background with positive staff, franchise and customer experience record
Experience in obtaining and servicing Wholesale accounts
Excellent customer service skills
Professional personal appearance and work ethic
Experienced in parts inventory control and parts administrative functions and all aspects of parts department
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have clean & valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Parts Wholesale including drivers and external counter sales, continuously improving processes and enhancing Parts Department sales while satisfying customers
Focus on improving Wholesale Sales by growing accounts and increasing Lia Brand loyalty
Forecast goals and objectives for the department with management and train parts department employees to meet them
Institute plans to encourage good phone skills, follow up and account service; train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all wholesale parts department staff
Work closely to accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors. Lead by example
